What You Do in MT Program?
1.We carefully plan your career path targeting fast track leadership in 12 months in the Fast Growing and Forward Looking, Smart Community Eco-system Pioneer – CardApp
2.Intensive and extensive training composed by four sections: Fundamental Knowledge Training, Project-oriented Training, Operation-oriented Training and Soft-skills Training
3.You will participate in class training sessions, practical assignments and real projects under professional supervision to gain the knowledge, skills and experience of Smart Community Eco-system development and operation
4.You will get completed understanding of how technology changes people’s lifestyle, through training projects of IT solution development, IoT system deployment, FinTech and eCommerce operation, 5G and AI application, O2O resources integration, business development for Internet, digital marketing, product design, customer and user relationships
5.Regular reviews with the Program Manager and your Mentor throughout each rotation will ensure your optimal development and growth

Project Manager
Responsibilities:
1.Plan project schedule and communicate with clients for project design, requirement analysis and resources request
2.Coordinate R&D team to conduct the project development on schedule
3.Lead clients for UAT, training, system deployment and implementation
4.Control project quality and ensure successful delivery and go-live
5.Responsible for any related issues during the development period
Requirements:

IoT Engineer
Responsibilities:
1.Carry out installation and maintenance of smart IoT devices and system
2.Site visit and work out with E&M, ELV partners for best solution
3.Communicate with R&D team and hardware suppliers to design and develop innovative IoT solutions and perform hardware testing
4.Response to clients’ enquiries, conduct necessary trouble-shooting and fixing on IoT devices when issues reported
Requirements:
1.Degree holder in Engineering related disciplines

Responsibilities:
1.Oversee holistic HR & Admin functions to support team management in a fast-growing organization, including recruitment, team building, regulation and culture establishment, staff relations and general administration

Responsibilities:
1. Book keeping, prepare journal voucher and general ledger accounts for accounting process
2. Ensure all invoices are properly prepared and distributed out in a timely manner
3. Verify all the payment details to match against purchase order, ensure proper approval and sufficient supporting documents
4. Handle daily cashflow and support finance and accounting issues of corporate sales, platform operation and online payment gateway
5. Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash and general expenses claims
